The database leverages the Alternative Fuels Data Center (AFDC) database, but provides significant value to users beyond the AFDC data by:

 

  • Cleansing the data, which has inconsistencies, incorrect data, duplicate stations, additional port numbers, and more.
  • Organizing it into a simple interface of sortable tables and charts and graphs.
  • Ports and stations are tracked by month and year, with YTD trends and YoY changes, as well as by year since 2010.
  • Data is presented both by network/CPO and by state.
  • Data can be searched, filtered and exported to a CSV file.
